At the law firm of Crawford & Keller PLLC, we focus of real estate law, providing legal advice and transactional services in the following areas:

Our attorneys are steeped in real estate law and know how to facilitate real estate transactions in Jefferson and Berkeley Counties in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

Jim Crawford has practiced in this region of West Virginia for 33 years, spending most of his time in real estate law. He also served his fellow citizens as a Brigadier General as the Commander of West Virginia Air National Guard (Retired 2005). Tasha Keller Catrow received both her B.A. and J.D. from West Virginia University, before joining the firm nine years ago to work on real estate problems and transactions. She serves as a municipal court judge in Charles Town, and as a member of the local board of zoning appeals.
David J. Hinkle has recently joined our Martinsburg office to provide expanded services.

With two office locations-Charlestown in Jefferson County and Martinsburg in Berkeley County-we are better able to serve our clients in this fast-growing area of the Panhandle. Our clients include:

Our normal offices hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but we are available evenings and weekends to conduct closings for the convenience of our clients.
